Join Us on May 11th for the Grand Opening of Brass Collar Brewing Co!

We have been in town for the past few months, but we feel like this is the perfect time for our grand opening! Summer is knocking on our door, and what better way to welcome it than with a spectacular celebration at our brewery and taproom!

We are also celebrating our amazing food partner, Menagerie Foods, who has been with us since the beginning! Chef has a delectable menu along with new items that will be announced soon.

Be there at noon for the ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by Souderton Connects. Witness the giant scissors snip through the ribbon, marking the beginning of an exciting journey.

To keep the party going, we will be hosting live music and other fun activities throughout the day. Whether you want to challenge your friends at cornhole, or simply relax on our gorgeous patio, you'll be able to find it at Brass Collar! Bask in the sun, enjoy the fresh air, and soak up the good vibes. It’s the perfect way to kick off the summer season.
